Delivered on time and the bark appears to be in good condition. I haven't had a chance to spread it yet but it looks like a good product - fairly evenly sized with an attractive colour and chunky appearance. It looks like a premium bark and good for more architectural applications. Delivery was excellent - a really friendly and helpful driver - the very large bag was placed as close to the point of use as possible. So far, I'm very pleased - I live in a damp and cold area but hope that the bark will hold-up well

The pine nuggets are a great reddish colour & nice & chunky. I ordered these as the 45mm Maritime Deluxe nuggets were out of supply but I was pleased with these & they did the job perfectly & were of course a fair bit cheaper.

Nuggets are perfect for what I needed, friendly and personal service, delivered promptly. Only criticism was that the delivery driver appeared not to have been given the instructions as to where to leave them, despite the detailed information we provided including the 'what three words' and a follow up phone call from the office to check. Driver had to call me to get exact address and then would have left then in the wrong place had I not managed to stop him and redirect. Nevertheless, still highly rated and would use again.

Lovely and decorative. Really large chunks which look great (although doesn't go as far as the calculator suggests so I recommend being generous with your quantities). It's like no other bark mulch I've seen and has received lots of compliments. Highly recommend.

Second time of ordering. Product is good. Oly frustration is the 5pound voucher that I shuld received on 1st delivery was not usable on my 2rd order (entered but no change to invoice) . Maybe this is now fixed and the voucher I should get for this review of my 2d order will now work (That is if I order again)

Great quality Deluxe Pine Nuggets. Hoping they last as long as advertised (5-8yrs) as everything else I've used has mulched in 18 months and this is for a path so looking for the slowest breakdown possible. Originally out of stock noting other sites could not seem ot meet same quality, so registered for notification when the Nuggets would be available........3 weeks later go a notification.........ordered 1m3...............set the date.........input any restrictions on access.
Got confirmation of the date........and follow up email on the day..........product arrived........really nice driver very friendly knowing is was big and awkward to move but need in set location..........he was very obliging with all the right equipment.......dropped it off.
I inspected the goods.....perfect exactly as described and the 1m3 sack was full to the top ..........no half measures.
will be definitely back for more stuff........simple no hassle high quality product and service.......just what you want!

I am delighted with this product, it looks great in a border and I am pleased that I don’t have to replace my usual bark every couple of years. I found that the large nuggets are not prone to be scattered over my lawn by my garden wood pigeons like the lighter bark often was.

Have been ordering deluxe pine nuggets from CPA for many years. However this year, instead of ordering 2 bulk bags, I ordered a jumbo which I didn't realise was almost 2 metres tall and it was a kerb delivery. Since I wanted it on my driveway, I had to turn away the delivery as there was no one to assist the driver. James from CPA was brilliant in getting the transporter to hold my order overnight in their local depo and rearranged delivery the following day so my husband can assist the driver in hauling the jumbo bag into our driveway. CPA had always been dependable but this time, James showed me how far they're willing to help customers. Thanks so much James and Merry Christmas to you all.

We were extremely impressed with all aspects of our purchase. Firstly ordering was easy with very fast delivery. The product is exactly as pictured, has a beautiful deep red colour, large pieces of bark and a very high quality product. The amount was absolutely perfect and we used the website measuring estimator. The delivery lorry is huge because the bag is very tall and heavy so make sure access is good although you are asked these questions when you purchase. The driver was friendly, gave advice and we were very impressed. We highly recommend this company and excellent product. Would not hesitate to buy from CPA again.
