CPA were excellent. Helpful when I called to ask about the weight of individual bags so highly recommend and will use again as wood chips are needed every couple of years. The delivery driver however was clueless which caused a lot of inconvenience but I acknowledge that CPA have no control over that aspect of the overall customer experience.

Hardwood chips delivered early on day expected, always a hood sign. The product looks good and was what I expected, time will tell how durable it is but very hopeful. The garden raised beds look finished, less weeding and watering and the dogs feet should stay a lot cleaner…..what’s not to like. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive but CPA were quoting a better price than some suppliers.

Extremely pleased with the Play Grade Chips we ordered. A lovely quality product, soft but firm underfoot and with a good colour. Opted to buy in bags rather than the cheaper bulk bags for convenience of delivery and our ability to move the bags more easily to the end of the garden! We have been really impressed with both the products and services of CPA Horticulture. Product was, for us, an order of their superb Hardwood Play Grade Wood Chips … we wanted these for both pathway lining and top-dressing of raised beds, and although we’ve only done the paths thus far it’s obvious it’s a quality product because no matter it gets rained on for weeks it retains its shape and doesn’t simply split, crack or disintegrate when walked on. The services side of things was shown by the superb delivery driver, who not only got the big rigid truck down a single track road to our place, but also managed to deliver the large load of wood chips onto the pebbled area of our front garden, keeping them out of the way until we took them round the back and poured them out as paths. Big thanks to the CPA team - top marks - 5/5!

Very happy with my delivery. We ordered through another company previously who were terrible and delivery drivers were the most unhelpful people on earth. CPA have the same policy as the other company but are extremely helpful and go out there way to try and help with the delivery. I can’t rate the driver we had enough so appreciate if that feedback can go back to his manager or company. The wood chip are high quality and worked very well in our child’s play area we ordered 4L worth for play chips and looks great!!

Purchased pallet of 40 bags, quite large all stacked up but friendly delivery driver had no issues with his electric trolley. Nice and dry so light enough to move around and spread. Excellent quality, had these before but these seemed really good, lovely colour. Always a shame that no one wants pallets but good for us as cut up for kindling.

Great product for a good price. Delivered within a few days and the delivery driver was brilliant. I put some ply wood boards down on my gravel driveway so that he could move the pallets off the pavement. The electric pump truck didn’t like the uneven boards but the driver persevered until he was happy that he’d left the pallets in a good position, he definitely went that bit further!

We did ask for a small truck to deliver as we live down a narrow lane, they sent a 20 tonne truck. The driver managed to get it to our gate with a pallet truck and was very helpful.

We have ordered from CPA before and will continue to do so. Their service is very professional and delivery drivers have always been very friendly and helpful. We use these chippings for our hen runs and have found them excellent . With good hygiene practices they last for years . We also use it mulching around some perennial borders. Would absolutely recommend!

This is a great product that we have used for several years in our covered chicken run and then moved old stuff into uncovered run. I have also used it for mulching around some perennial borders. Fantastic product, second time Ive ordered. Came palleted to the door. CPA are very helpful too. My only issue this time was that my pallet appeared to been speared by a fork truck and one of the bottom sacks was torn open spilling a lot of the content and making it harder to move without losing even more. Not sure if this was a delivery or supplier issue though.

Ordered 40 x 70 litre bags, product arrived on day advised when purchased, found all subsequent notifications in Spam - thanks GMail - so communication was good even though I didn't receive them. Product arrived dry, pleasant delivery driver, very easy to move in bags to where required, some for chickens rest for garden, the hardwood lasts much longer than garden centre chippings and is inert sono thing growing on it. A repeat purchase from CPA, previously have bought in bulk bags from other suppliers these often arrived wet and half full so when you work it out the price in convenient bags is cheaper than some bulk bags. Pallet excellent for kindling too.
