This Playbark has always proved to be fine for our childrens play area, and arrives in 70L bags, very convenient for us to spread out around the play equipment.

The delivery driver delivered to the place specified and came within the time slot. However, the pre delivery service was not as accepted as we had no confirmation email or text to confirm the delivery was on its way or a two hour time slot, in the end we rang to find out.

Extremely good product - thank you, will probably order again. However, delivery not so good. Delivery company driver did not believe they could get their large lorry onto my farm, despite my saying they could (I 26 tonne lorries and loaders delivering regularly) so were unable to unload pallet where required. Driver was not particularly helpful. Also, delivery was a day earlier than I requested which, fortunately, was not a problem as I was able to arrange for someone to be here to receive the delivery.

Excellent play bark,deleverd on time, very clean bags and packed extremely well, no damaged bags. The products are great but the delivery service is really poor. I haven't received the product and you are asking me to review it. The product is 5 days late and when i called Friday late afternoon to say it hadnt arrived and was told it would be there in an hour I felt like I was being fobbed off as it was Friday and they couldn't be bothered. Didn't arrive and surprise surprise they had gone home when I tried to call back.

Delivered on time by a helpful man who transported the pallet as near to my gate as possible. The woodchip is 'just woddchip'. I say this because I had ordered woodchip before from another company and it was more like mulch and I ended up putting on my borders.

Asked for a 7.5 ton delivery truck. The one that arrived was 18tons and could not get the the gate yet alone into the drive. Delivery on time as promised and driver very helpful. Greater percentage of striped bark rather than pine bark as shown in the website but still meets the requirements. Second part of the order did not arrive and will have to make enquiries as to what happened to it.

Product good----delivery very bad----lorry driver would not attempt to drive through my entrance as container lorry too big although I have had 16 ton waggons through and my jcb in and out no problem.Had to man handle 40 bags myself.
