Excellent bark chippings. The chippings are consistent in size, look good around the plants and give excellent coverage. The price was very competitive. It was delivered on time by a very polite and helpful driver. The bark chippings were dry so it was easy to move them from the roadside delivery point to the garden using wheelbarrows.

Ordering was simple, members of staff helpful, and the price of a jumbo bag of Decorative Bark Chippings competitive (compared to buying 100lt bags from B&Q, etc.) especially as the product is far superior. The delivery arrived later than advised but when he did arrive the driver was helpful in placing the pallet where requested. However, there is one significant negative and that is the colour of the bark. It was much lighter than pictured and certainly should not have been described as 'dark'. It contained a large proportion of white wood which gave it a light speckled look. Unfortunately, this is exactly what I was trying to avoid! Anyway, it's now mellowing to a mid/light gold and I'm just about getting used to that! If you definitely want dark bark, as I did, then I suggest checking with CPA on the actual colour of their current stock before ordering. Apart from that, an excellent product at a good price, with helpful, friendly, customer service.

Bulk bags delivered by own van and driver, who was very nice. Unfortunately, the product was a disappointment. The bark was much lighter than expected and varied considerably in size. Personal preference, but I did not find it very attractive and I would not order this product again. I have ordered a smaller bark from CPA in the hope it is better.
I will review the smaller bark separately.

Can't fault the service, even managed to change the delivery day. Product looks good and has been laid to cover a large bulb bed under our apple tree.
Delivery driver was pleasant though he did complain about his own dispatchers who sent an 18 ton truck down narrow suburban streets, I did indicate on the order form a 7 ton truck would be best.
Good value compared to buying lots of smaller bags from Homebase or B&Q
