Premium Lawn Turf

A hard-wearing, fine-bladed turf ideal for domestic gardens and professional landscaping projects alike.

Grown from a blend of durable perennial ryegrass and fine-bladed red fescues, our lawn turf combines visual appeal with exceptional resilience against everyday foot traffic, children and pets.

Our lush, weed free deep-green lawn is designed to thrive in the UK climate. We pre-fertilise the turf before harvesting so it establishes quickly and densely once laid.

Each roll is 1sqm (approx.1.7m x 0.6m) for easy handling. We advise ordering 5-10% extra rolls to cover offcuts and areas that may need cutting to shape.

Delivery Information

Delivery is made on large 18 tonne heavy goods vehicles with tail lift and manual pallet trolleys.

Delivery is to the kerbside of the property. Offload requires a flat, hardstanding surface, the pallet cannot be delivered onto any grass, gravel or steep inclines.

Please ensure you order enough for your job. Any unused turf is non returnable or refundable.

The couriers delivery window is between 830am and 6pm. If you are having installers to lay your turf please bare this in mind. Chargeable AM and Timed delivery services are available upon request. Please contact us for more information.

Laying Information

Turf is a living, perishable product so must be laid within 24hrs of delivery. In warm / hot weather, turf needs laying within 6 hours of delivery to prevent overheating. Failure to install the turf within this timeframe may cause irreparable damage to the turf and will void any warranty.

We would recommend thoroughly preparing the ground before actually ordering the turf so that the turf will be ready to lay immediately after delivery.

To prepare the ground, remove any existing turf and weeds with a spade. Turn or rotivate the top 15cm of soil and rake level. Lightly firm the area being mindful to not over compact.

If additional topsoil is required we would recommend getting this delivered and installed prior to ordering your turf. We would recommend the Premium General Purpose Topsoil which is a finely graded, fertile and free draining sandy loam topsoil to match with your turf. If ordering for the same delivery day, please be aware they may ship with different couriers and so may not arrive at the same time or in the correct order.

Water the turf immediately after laying, ensuring the soil beneath the rolls is thoroughly soaked. Keep the turf heavily watered during the initial 3-4 week rooting in period.

Do not walk on your newly laid turf for at least 2 weeks to prevent damage whilst the turf roots in.

Do not be tempted to mow the lawn until the turf roots have established to avoid stressing the grass.
