Woodchip Products

CPA horticulture supply a wide variety of woodchip products to meet the many requirements of our customers. We have completed a number of projects requiring bulk woodchips for special events such as the Chelsea Flower Show, TV programs and have successfully supplied, installed, maintained and removed woodchips for a number of temporary events.

We can create woodchips for a multitude of bespoke operations, with diversity ranging from cattle corrals, horse arenas and gallops, bio-filters and golf course pathways. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require bulk woodchips for any purpose.

These products have been sourced from sustainable British woodlands and have not been treated with any chemicals.

Woodchip products available

Special Events
A range of clean and attractive woodchips often created to customers specifications to give them the finish required.

Play Grade Woodchip
10-40mm virgin hardwood or softwood woodchips or playgrade woodfibre chips. All play grade woodchips supplied by CPA Horticulture have been tested to BSEN 1177:1998 and are used by councils, amenities and are suitable for private gardens.

Equine Woodchips (Arena and Gallops)
A range of equine surfaces are available at CPA to suit all budgets and specifications: ranging from chunky virgin woodchips typically 5-50mm in size to economical woodfibre 5-25mm that knits together to form an excellent surface. Also available are equine sands and rubber chips.

Pathways
Chunky virgin woodchips, economical whole tree woodchips and woodfibres. Suitable for golf courses, private walkways, bridle paths etc.

Biofilters
Fresh or weathered virgin woodchips between 25-100mm or composted wood products to specification.

Sawdust
Often produced from 100% pine sources ideal for absorbing spillages, animal bedding and soft fruit growers.

Woodland Amenity Mulches (W.A.M)
Whole tree products: attractive and economical.

Cattle Bedding / Cattle Corral
Sawdust and recycled wood are economical alternatives to straw.
